and trauma integration with eye movements  (EMDR and IMO like)

Working in a group, sharing a space or a project, requires being able to agree. I can intervene in group session to help weave a common narrative, listening to each person’s values.

Cultivate

People-centered

Well-being is cultivated. Both the search for meaning and the management of psychosocial risk factors (stress, mental load, emotional and relational skills) can be addressed during workshops and seminars.

React

Situation-focused

In case of crisis situation, I can intervene within the framework of collective and/or individual support for people impacted by the problematic situation(s).
